Domain A - Making subject matter comprehensible to students

Domain A addresses the need to ensure that the subject matter is comprehensible to all students in the classroom.  Things like adapting the content to an appropriate level with the goal of comprehension, planning more hands-on and visual activities, connecting content to background knowledge, and relating it to background in the student's native language are ways to make subject matter more comprehensible.
